Call of Cthulhu HotOE Prep Material 3: Lausanne (Nocturne)

The prep material for HotOE is hard to come by. While Chaosium has an amazing resource for the campaign it lacks fanmade material. Furthermore some of the existing handouts and artwork are of poor quality in the book and have 0 VTT supprt unless on Fantasy Grounds. With that in mind, enjoy some of the material I use as reference for players.
